Priced per 1/5 lb. Soak the dried mushrooms for 45 minutes in warm water or until soft. Strain the mushrooms and retain the liquid for cooking pasta or vegetables. Squeeze any remaining water off of the mushrooms. Proceed to cook as you would with fresh mushrooms. Dry mushrooms are known to have a more potent aroma than fresh mushrooms.
